Most agencies already have a public records tool. It sits in another tab, returns a result, and then someone has to carry that result back into the investigation by hand. The address never gets compared against the incident. The associate never gets checked against the report.
FINDER Public Records returns inside the platform, so a subject, an address, or a vehicle can be linked straight against your agency’s records and the shared network without leaving the case you are working.

This is the part most agencies do not already have. Motor vehicle coverage returns vehicle and year, VIN, title dates and transfers, body style and color, registrant name and address, owner name and address, and plate history.
A partial plate from a witness, a vehicle in an LPR hit, a car in a canvass photo: any of them becomes a name, an address, and a title trail without leaving the case.
Access to this data runs through your agency’s own direct agreement with the data provider, including permissible use under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act. That agreement stays between your agency and the provider, which keeps the permissible use determination where it belongs.
Queries inside the FINDER platform are attributable to a named user with a stated purpose, the same as every other search your agency runs.
Scope note: this module supports active investigative work and is enabled per agency and per user. Motor vehicle coverage is vehicle, title, registration, and owner data. It does not return driving history or license status, and it is not offered for employment, tenancy, credit, or similar screening.
