Whether your agency is looking at FINDER® for the first time or your people use it every shift, the answers below cover what comes up most. Technical and security questions are on the IT FAQ.
FINDER works only with law enforcement agencies. Access is limited to authorized personnel at verified agencies, for criminal justice purposes, and requires an agency-issued email address.
Register on the platform at the account registration screen. If your agency already uses FINDER, your agency administrator approves you. If your agency is new to the network, the FINDER team reviews it.
Tell us who you are on the agency request page and we will add your agency, then come back to you with next steps.
Verified state and local law enforcement personnel can register for free query access to the network, query only, for an initial six month period.
