Extract, transform, and load services for law enforcement agencies. We connect to the CAD, RMS, JMS, and pawn systems you already run, move the data cleanly, and keep it moving as your vendors ship updates.

Agencies run what they run. The RMS was chosen years ago, the CAD came with a different vendor, the pawn system is its own thing, and none of them were designed to talk to anyone outside the building. Replacing them is expensive and usually not on the table.
FINDER Integrate works with what you have. Over 20 years we have built parsers for the systems law enforcement actually uses, and we can extract from any source with a driver or an API.
Legacy records moved into a current, searchable format. Twenty years of parser work means we have usually seen your source system before.
Ongoing extraction from your production systems on a schedule you set, so FINDER stays current without anyone exporting anything by hand.
Systems that are out of support, out of contract, or out of favor. If a driver exists, the data can come out.
FINDER accepts third party APIs so the systems your agency already runs, including LPR, facial recognition, ballistics, and gunshot detection, can flow data into FINDER. We integrate what you use rather than dictating how your agency runs its other software.
No cloud connector into your database, no vendor sitting inside your production system.
A lightweight Windows console application on any machine that stays powered on, positioned where it can reach both your source database and FINDER.
It runs on Windows Task Scheduler at whatever interval your agency wants, using standard database drivers.
New and updated reports are identified by last updated date, so each run is incremental rather than a full re-read of your database.
Data is cleansed, normalized, and filtered before it lands in FINDER, so records from different systems are actually comparable.
Seven stages, start to finish, every time the parser fires.
ETL .NET console application, running on your network, on your schedule
Data flagged confidential in your source system is not read. If a record is marked confidential after it has already been loaded, it is removed from the destination.
Transformation covers cleansing, normalization, filtering, and expunging, which is what makes a report from one agency’s RMS line up against a report from another agency running something else entirely.
This is the part agencies do not think to ask about, and it is the part that breaks every other integration. We coordinate with your IT staff ahead of vendor upgrades, update the parser after your system is updated, and test on site to confirm everything is still flowing.
Send us your source systems and we will tell you what is already built and what is not. If you already have an account and need technical help, use the support form.

Supporting law enforcement for over 20 years.
